Important: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Recipea regarding your use of the Recipea app ("the App"). Please read them carefully.

Recipea is a mobile app that lets you save and organize recipes from external sources, manage cookbooks and shopping lists, and access premium features through a paid subscription. The App is available on iOS and Android and is supported by cloud-based services.

Recipea is operated from the Netherlands. We'll refer to ourselves here as "Recipea", "we", "us", or "our".

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. Scope of license

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, and as permitted by the usage rules of the app store from which you downloaded it (including the Apple App Store and Google Play). We reserve all rights we don't explicitly grant you under these Terms.

You may not:

• Transfer, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the App
• Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or create derivative works of the App, except where applicable law explicitly permits it
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App

2. User accounts

You need an account to use Recipea, which you create by providing accurate and complete information.
